Oh, I can tell you that since I started Speed Keto, I have more energy, sleep better, and have more mental clarity than before. Listen, I even felt a huge change in my range of motion and muscle strength. I first noticed it when I stooped down to pick something up, and then I bounced right back up. I didn’t have to hold on to anything. I didn’t even have to pull myself up like I’d been used to.
Even the heavy, bloated feeling was gone. I mean, this was when I really turned the corner because stiff, achy joints and labored movement was a big problem for me, and then it went away so fast. I was overwhelmed.
What did you have the most trouble with while on regular Keto? Why did regular Keto not work for you, but Speed Keto did?
That’s a great question. Actually, I’m still not sure. I mean, I was diligent in doing my regular Keto, and I tried for years. Yet I wasn’t getting any results, and I was getting frustrated. Seven years earlier, I succeeded with Atkins, and I kept the weight off. That is until I hit menopause, and at the same time, I also stopped smoking.
Yes, I understood the low carb concepts and all, but menopause was a challenge. When I tried Keto, during and after menopause, the scale didn’t budge. Then, I started Speed Keto and voila! It worked! It worked fast, too! It was easy, and everything that was supposed to happen with Keto was finally happening. I just followed what the plan says.
To be honest, I don’t know or understand why Speed Keto works for me, but Keto never did. I mean, I had the same resolve for both, but I guess it’s just something different with Speed Keto. Right now, all I know is that it works, and that’s what it’s all about.

Oh my, yes! I’d tried counting macros before, and it drove me crazy. There were too many things required, and it was taking forever every day. I don’t even think I was doing it right!
Of course, I put in the effort. But maybe I was doing something wrong at the same time. I mean, that’s even worse than not seeing results at all. On top of all that, it took all the fun away from meals, unlike Speed Keto. With Speed Keto, I can cook so many fun and unique recipes!

You know, I bought just about every Speed Keto recipe book I could find. I love the meals Harlan and Chana came up with. They know that variety is part of the excitement of the program. The way the spices are balanced in each recipe is so well done, and it turns a simple piece of protein into so many different variations.
The recipes are also very creative, so flavorful, and they give so many options. They literally never get boring and repetitive over so many rounds. For me, I like the soups, the pasta, and the Instant Pot books, just to mix things up.
I don’t think it’s just “diet food,” either. These are just tasty meals that you can make any time. I even make them between rounds because they’re such great meals. You know, even my daughters eat everything along with me because they love the food, and they love how healthy they are.
So, for me, it’s more than just losing weight. The Speed Keto meals are great, all-around healthy dishes!
Will you recommend Speed Keto to your friends and family?
Of course! I’m way ahead of you. I’ve already praised this program to everyone who asks. On my recent birthday post on Facebook, I gave the link to quite a few people. Even more people messaged me privately to ask me how I did it. So, I also sent them the link Libby gave me. We should give credit where credit’s due. What Harlan has created is unlike anything else out there. It’s helped so many people get such amazing results. It’s the least we can do to make sure more people know about it so they can change their lives, too!
Do you plan to continue Speed Keto? Do you plan to follow Speed Keto in the future? Why or why not?
I just started my second round of Speed Carnivore. I plan to do it for one more month, at least. When I reach my goal weight, I’d probably go back to Speed Keto recipes without fasting. That’ll be my preferred way of eating healthy. Right now, I still have 15 more pounds to go.
I’ve already spent several months on vacation, cruises, and holidays. Between those trips, I just ate the meals, and it helped me keep the weight off. I mean, this is another Speed Keto benefit. You don’t regain the weight even if you don’t follow the meal plan between rounds. Just eat sensibly and don’t overdo it. Your weight doesn’t creep back up, unlike so many other diets.
